EFFECTS OF NPK FERTILIZER AND SPACING ON THE GROWTH PARAMETERS OF OKRO (Abelmoschus esculentus L.)

Field trials were conducted during rainy seasons in 2018 and 2019 at Federal, University Dutse Teaching Research Farm the Northern Sudan Savanna ecological zone of Nigeria. To evaluate effect NPK fertilizer spacing on growth yield okro. The experiment consists three levels (30, 60 120 kg/ha) (10, 15 20 cm). treatments combination was laid out randomized complete block design replicated times. results revealed that significant plant height, number branches, more primary branches fruit length pod per plant. various resulted taller plant, leaves, longer higher seed pod. In conclusion, application kg/ha cm gave best result.
